What is it?

ToyDirectory's ToyShow Preview & Highlights™ is an interactive toy showcase that runs year round. Though it's not necessarily associated with any trade events, many manufacturers use the ToyShow Preview to keep retailers informed of the shows they'll be attending and the products they'll be debuting.

How does it work?

From the TDmonthly Magazine® homepage, click on the tab that reads, "ToyShow Preview." This tab will be found below and to the right of the big TDmonthly logo (it's on all of the pages). The next page that will pop up is the "Categorical" page, featuring our most popular and in-demand toy categories. Simply click on the category, or categories, that interest you the most.



Scroll down through the companies in your chosen category , then click on the images of the toys that interest you. You'll be taken to the company's exclusive ToyShow Preview & Highlights page. There you'll be able to access contact information along with details about the company and its products.

Features of the ToyShow Preview & Highlights

Slideshow

The TDmonthly Slideshow can make browsing easier. Once you have clicked on the ToyShow Preview tab, and then clicked on a category, you will see a blue link at the top of the page below and to the right of the search function. Click on the link to bring up our Slideshow. When you're ready, click on the play button, which resembles the play button on a VCR.

All of the products in the chosen category will flash on the screen one by one.. You can control the speed by choosing slow, medium or fast. The controls also allow you to stop and go back or forward, so that you don't miss anything.

Inquiry Basket

If you are registered as a retailer with ToyDirectory and TDmonthly Magazine, you may take advantage of the Inquiry Basket to get more information from manufacturers.

If you are not yet a member, register for free here. During your browsing session, if you see a product you like, simply click on the "Add to my Inquiry Basket" link found at the end of each product description. This will save the product in your Inquiry Basket for the duration of your visit.

Once you are finished looking through the site, click on the Inquiry Basket found at the top right hand side of the page to check which products you have chosen. Then click the link provided and an automatic Inquiry will be sent to all of the companies you have chosen, saving you the hassle of composing multiple e-mails.
