Penrose Press began in Utrecht, the Netherlands, in 1988. Over the past twenty years, Penrose Press has published the International Directory of Design and several other directories serving the design industry. In 2008, Penrose Press embarked on the publication of its first game, ONEXENO.

ONEXENO is quite possibly the most unique game to come to the market in years. The fresh modern design of these cards is based on high-tech pattern matching technology. The 70 unique cards represent the complete set of TriHadamard kernels.

The basic game may be played by 2 to 7 players, ages 7 to 70. Players make points by arranging rows of edge-matching cards. When a row of five cards is complete, the player takes the points indicated on the face of the card. This simple rule leads to exceptional complexity and engaging strategic play.
