E & M Specialty Co., established in 1964 is currently located in the Reno,
NV. area. We are a distributor of train type merchandise. We draw from over
two hundred sources. We also have a few proprietary items. We cater to the transportation
museum gift shops, 'On board' gift shops, hobby shops and many other types of
stores that carry train oriented merchandise. (Note we no longer sell trains.)
Our CD catalog contains 13 departments - Apparel, Books, Christmas, Die-Cast
Cars, Gifts & Novelties, Gourmet, Home Décor, Jewelry, Signs, Stationery,
Toys and Trains, with over 700 pictured items.
Since cars are used in model train layouts we also have a large selection
of die-cast cars with the emphasis on 1:24 scale. Along with that we have a
selection of miniatures also in the 1:24 scale. (for garden railway layouts)
