Harrisville Designs offers products for the weaving and knitting enthusiast, as well as our Friendly Loom line of educational toys for children. Our products are made here in our mills in Harrisville, New Hampshire.

We are a small family owned and operated business, and we believe that quality should not be compromised for even the smallest product. Harrisville Designs was started in 1971 as an effort to preserve and help re-establish the economic vitality of the historic 18th century textile village of Harrisville, New Hampshire. It is recognized as the only textile village of that era in America that survives in its original form.

There is a great tradition of textiles in our community and in our culture, and we are pleased to share that tradition of quality by designing and marketing our yarns and tools.
