Carol Gamble is president and chief executive officer of Little Partners, Inc. She is a resident of Shreveport and a native of Louisiana. She developed this product in response to her own daughter's need for a safe, stable stepstool to help Mom in the kitchen and with other activities. Carol has been trained as a Infant/Toddler Specialist by the Center for Montessori Teachers Education in New York.

Bob Muniz is Director of Sales and Marketing of Little Partners, Inc. Bob has nearly thirty years of experience in the toy and juvenile products industry and has extensive experience in working with specialty retailers, reps and buyers in that time. He works with Carol on new product development and spends a great deal of his time helping to implement sales success for all Little Partners retail partners.
