Quantity: For customers designated as Dealer accounts, we will invoice any new purchase order requesting at least 5 items. For accounts designated as Distributors, the minimum purchase order must consist of either 10 items or 5 of any specific SKU. Smaller orders can be prepaid by credit card, check, or money order (a pro-forma invoice may be issued upon request).

Lead Time: Orders must be submitted at least 7-10 business days prior to desired delivery date to avoid RUSH charges. Please note that certain orders or requests for archival recordings or specialty SKUs may require additional manufacturing time or higher cost.
