We’ve all heard or have heard the word “Time Out” being used as a method of discipline when children are acting inappropriately. Both the Time Out and Think Time mats are that safe, easy-to-use solution for a child to live out their short “Time Out” sentence free of distractions. The mats provide a safe area on the floor as opposed to other products like chairs and bean bags from which the child can mistake as a toy or fall from. The mats are 16” x 20” and are made of a soft, washable surface. And the great thing about it ---it’s mobile. Going on vacation or to a relative’s house, you can bring the mat with you. Also, if you don’t like using the word “time out”, choose our “think time” design and encourage your child to think about what they did and why they were given a “time out.”
