Sign up for TDmonthly's Holiday Mini Buyer's Guide. 2. Submit to TDmonthly your promotional offer and flyer design by December 4, 2009. 3. TDmonthly will email the 3,000 retailers your promotion in January, prior to the mailing. 4. TDmonthly will print and mail your flyer in January. 5.
