I am very impressed with my daughters bike. She turned 2 on March 3, she did not even have her bike for 24 hrs and was riding it down small hills and balancing like a pro. All the other moms were very impressed. She loves it and even has to park it in her bedroom at night when she goes to bed. —Cindy

My husband is really into biking. When he suggested getting our 2 year old son a Strider balance bike I wasn’t sure what to think but deferred to him. Our son quickly figured out how to ride the bike and it also became his best friend/favorite everything. When it came time to plan his 3rd birthday party, I knew it had to be Shep’s Green Bike Birthday party. Shep LOVED the party and the special cake, t-shirt and cup we had made with his green bike on it. After cake and ice cream, we all went and rode bikes around an empty parking lot. The perfect party. We highly recommend Strider bikes to anyone!

When we first purchased the Strider Bike for my son (17 months old) my husband and I were a nervous wreck. We are now very grateful for the Strider. Our son has grown the last 11 months into this bike. Last summer I even emailed and asked for training wheels or something for the bike…..my son was having a hard time with it. I’m glad that I got a response saying to let the child explore the bike on his own. You told me to lay it on its side and when he’s ready, he will pick it up or want to ride it. To make a long story short, my son is now 28 months old and truly has grown into his bike. It doesn’t matter if the bike is indoors or out, he has to ride it. This bike has taught him about balance and band aids! Again, I can’t thank you guys enough for creating these bikes. I recommend them to all parents. I highly recommend them for all children 1+.

Thanks,
Sarah

I just wanted to send a note to say that your bikes are terrific. We bought them as birthday gifts for our two boys (4 and 2) a few weeks ago, and they absolutely love riding them. My four-year-old is practically ready for a pedal bike at this point, and my two-year old is just starting to get the hang of riding the balance bike on his own. I imagine he’ll be gliding down the local hills (like his older brother) in no time at all.

I researched several balance bike options (as well as bikes with training wheels) and I am glad I found the Strider bikes. We were fortunately able to find them after calling a nearby toy store, since I wanted to see them first. I don’t know why other balance bikes don’t have foot rests. Your product is wonderfully designed and very light (light enough for each of the kids to carry them up steps). I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
