About UBERSTIX

Überstix™ work with recycled materials.
Überstix™ mate with all major build systems.

It began with the idea to design a construction system that was more functional so that when a kid built something it worked and had play value. I didn’t want the fun to end with the construction of a static model.  With Uberstix, children are inspired to think, experiment, and let their imaginations run wild. From popsickle sticks to Lego® blocks, anything is an option, there are no limits. In a perfect world, it would be accessible to every kid on the planet. My solution was to promote a green toy design.

When you consider that building toys are a critical component of developing spatial skills, problem solving and visualization as well as building confidence and self esteem, it is unsettling to realize how many kids never have the opportunity to realize and develop some of their potential. Therefore, UBERSTIX is designed to work with virtually everything.

ÜBERSTIX encourages kids to use existing products for the purpose of “upcycling”. A spoon becomes a catapult and wood ice cream sticks create rigid strong buildings—taller than yourself! The reward, kids get to build bigger models for less, opening doors for kids of all economic backgrounds to participate.

UBERSTIX works with all major build systems including LEGO®, K’Nex®, Zoobs®, Zome®, Erector® sets, Tinker Toys®, Mega Blox® among others, so that kids can build with parts they may already have with unlimited creativity.

FUN FACT: UBERSTIX go together in more than 125,000,000,000,000,000 (One-hundred and twenty-five quadrillion) options!
