Award-winning doll artist, Stacia, has released her second book, “The Magic Swan Geese.” It is a very old Russian fairy tale about a fun-loving Russian village girl named Olga, who promises to mind her brother while her parents go to the town market. When Olga shirks her responsibility to play with her friends, Peter disappears and we follow Olga on a wild goose chase to rescue her brother from the evil clutches of Russia’s infamous witch, Baba Yaga, and her wicked army of Magic Swan Geese. It is an 8 ½” x 11” paperback book of 17 pages, gorgeously illustrated by Sam Rodriguez. All proceeds from “The Magic Swan-Geese” are being donated to the Doll and Toy Museum of New York City. Purchase of the book also includes a one-year membership to the museum which ordinarily costs $30.00.
