Founded in 1997, Stage Stars Records produces karaoke and accompaniment albums of Broadway showtunes. Months of rehearsals and preparations are carried out before a new album is recorded. While our products are engineered to meet the needs of the professional singer, our albums are also great educational tools for vocal students just beginning their education. Karaoke and Accompaniment tracks are sometimes referred to as Backing Tracks.

We manufacture both karaoke CD+G albums with on-screen lyrics as well as accompaniment CDs without on-screen lyrics. Although a CD+G album will play in a standard CD player as well as a karaoke machine, no lyrics will appear on-screen when it is played on a standard CD player. All our albums include two versions of every song: one with accompaniment music alone and a second, complete version with guide vocals to help the student or performer learn their part. All albums are recorded in the original Show Key and Show Tempo and are Fully-Orchestrated.
