— In a Summer 2012 survey about electronic and battery operated toys, two out of 12 retailers said that Laser Pegs were their best selling item.

With the Laser Peg Bot, kids can construct 6 light-up models, or whatever they create using their imaginations. The first Laser Peg packaging to feature a "try me" button so customers can see the bot light up before their eyes.

Laser Peg Bot "has a great Try Me box, and sells very well; a case of 12 sells right away," Sandy Haynes, owner of Lollipop Toy Store in Dawsonville,  Ga., reported. "Even in slow times, we will sell dozens a month," Joe Berardoni, Jr., owner of Pun's Toys in Bryn Mawr, Pa., said of Laser Pegs products.

With the new Laser Pegs Experience kit, kids can build 57 Models, plus whatever they create using their own imaginations. Each piece feeds the next piece low-voltage current, allowing kids to create a glowing masterpiece on peg at a time.

The World of Bugs Laser Pegs kit comes with 84 Laser Pegs including four new Laser Peg shapes. Users can build 18 models all around the BUG theme. The kit has an innovative manual giving kids, adults or grandparents factoids with each model they create. Builders can learn the why's, how's and what's about each unique model constructed with the Laser Pegs. This kit comes with newly released shapes that allow kids to get their creative side flowing.

The 3D lite board took almost three years to create. It comes with 115 Laser Pegs including four new Laser Pegs shapes. A 4.5 volt AC adapter is included with the kit allowing users to leave it on for up to 11 years. The 3D lite board offers three light settings: on, flash and strobe. Kids can play up to five included board games with friends or family. Build over 30 models, with 21 of them included in the kit. Kids can download extra models that need more shapes and even combine two 3D lite boards together to support over 400 Laser Pegs. Launch date: July 2011.

Laser Pegs are a construction set in which each piece feeds the next piece low-voltage current. Users can build or create anything they want with the Laser Pegs and use them lit up or turned off.
