On grass, dirt or hard surfaces, your little driver will control the action and the speed with improved steering, a foot pedal accelerator and a 2-speed gearshift, for 2 1/2 or 5 mph forward or 2 1/2 mph in reverse (and it has automatic brakes). The All-Wheel suspension will smooth out the bumps along the way. They'll have a great time loading up the removable rear cargo box and front luggage rack for their adventures.
