March 2009 New Specialty Toys — Trading Cards

Press Pass Premium Racing 2009 is the first trading card release to feature all new photography of the 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season. In 2009, Premium Racing will include one race-used firesuit card and one autograph card in every hobby box. With its 90-card tiered base set, Premium Racing captures all of the sponsor and team changes that have taken place during the off-season as well as the early 2009 race action, beginning with Daytona Speedweeks.

Press Pass Eclipse features a 90-card base that focuses exclusively on drivers in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. Eclipse is the only product that has Teammate Autographs featuring signatures from NASCAR’s top teams on one card (example: Hendrick Motorsports – Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, and Casey Mears). The Memorabilia program features event-used car covers. Eclipse is a super-premium quality brand printed on 24-point stock.

In January 2009 Press Pass releases a new brand of NASCAR trading cards: Element. Exploring the science of NASCAR, this new brand takes collectors on an exciting and insightful journey that reveals the scientific side of one of the world’s most technical sports. Element also offers solid value delivering at least one memorabilia and one autograph card per hobby box.

After being named the “Best Football Box to Bust” in 2007 by Beckett Publications, Press Pass Legends makes its triumphant return in 2008. With 18-pack hobby boxes delivering at least 5 hard autographs and 1 game-used jersey card, collectors have a chance to obtain not only all-time greats from the past, but the legends of the future as well. On top of being able to find autographs of the top rookies for 2008, such as Darren McFadden, Matt Ryan, Jonathan Stewart, and Brian Brohm, the set will also include the likes of Brett Favre, Joe Montana, Gale Sayers, and Jack Lambert – all featured in photos from their collegiate careers.

With the conclusion of the NBA draft, and the anticipation of the on-court debuts of the new rookie class building among collectors, Press Pass 2008 Basketball will be the first place collectors have the chance to obtain autographs and game-used jersey cards of the top rookies from the 2008 draft, including the top 7 picks, and of 15 of the top 17 players selected. Player selection is unrivaled and includes Derrick Rose, Michael Beasley, OJ Mayo, Jerryd Bayless, Eric Gordon, DJ Augustin, UCLA lottery picks Kevin Love & Russell Westbrook, Stanford teammates & twins Brook and Robin Lopez, NCAA Champion teammates Brandon Rush & Mario Chalmers, and the #1 pick in this year’s WNBA draft Candace Parker. Every hobby box will deliver five on-card autographs and one game used jersey card.

The inaugural release of Press Pass Speedway features a photography-driven base set that provides an up-close look at NASCAR’s stars as they prepare to take the track. In addition to the 100-card comprehensive base set, collectors can look for exclusive autograph and memorabilia cards that are only available in Speedway. For the first time ever, Press Pass has paired top drivers and their winning crew chiefs together on an autograph card.
