Once Upon a Farm Tractor Wheels Recall: FDA Warns of Choking Hazard for Toddlers

On Oct. 30, 2026, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warned consumers not to buy or serve Once Upon a Farm Tractor Wheels Organic Toddler Soft-Baked Bars "due to a potentially fatal choking hazard." The same evening, Once Upon a Farm, PBC, of Berkeley, California, announced a voluntary recall of all Tractor Wheels. Every fact below comes from the FDA advisory and the company's own announcement.

What to do (quoted word for word)

FDA:

"Consumers should not buy or serve this product and should immediately throw it away."
"Call 9-1-1 in the event that someone is choking and other first aid measures to dislodge the obstruction have failed."

Once Upon a Farm:

"Consumers who have purchased Once Upon a Farm Tractor Wheels should not open the package or use the contents. Instead, they should return the product to location of purchase for a full refund"

The company also offers refunds by email through its customer care team; the address is in the company's announcement linked below. FDA says consumers who have symptoms should contact their health care provider. To report a problem to FDA, call 1-888-INFO-FDA (1-888-463-6332).
