Mandy & Pandy Co, LLC. was founded in November 2006 after Chris Lin took his 2 year old daughter to Chinese (Mandarin) class and did not have any tools to teach her Chinese in a fun manner… so he created Mandy and Pandy. His first book, Mandy & Pandy Say "Ni Hao Ma?", is a stimulating children's book that teaches kids Chinese in a fun and easy way. Mandy and Pandy teach their audience how to say the popular phrase "Ni Hao Ma?" = "How are you?" then share stories about Mandy's personality with the things that she likes. This is the first book in a series of 12; the rest of the books in the series will teach numbers, colors, conversations, animals, songs & Chinese culture. Each book comes with an audio CD which translates the Chinese to English, teaches the Chinese pronunciation of the phrases, and reads the entire story conversationally; this is spoken by a Chinese Mandarin teacher. Mandy and Pandy Say, “Ni Hao Ma?” won the Outstanding Book of 2007 by iParenting Media Awards, and is carried at Borders Books.
