Easy Brain Labs is a toy development company. We develop toys in-house as
well as take submissions from outside sources. We are also a resource for inventors.
We develop toys from concepts all the way to working proto-type. We will take
an idea and test it with consumer groups. If the concept "has Legs"
will work on the design of the product while at the same time we are developing
it functionality and the intellectual properties (e.g., copyrights, patents,
trademarks) associated with it. Once we have completed these steps we will market
the concept to both large and small toy and consumer product companies. Once
we have licensed the product to a company we can either license the product
to them or we can even manage the manufacturing of the product.
We also accept ideas from outside sources. Once we accept the idea we will
then take all the steps necessary to protect the product idea for the submitter,
proceed to build a proto-type and present to our contacts with in the toy industry.
We also provide a number of services to toy inventors. These services include,
patent, copyright and trademark drafting, bookkeeping, business plan writing,
deal structuring. We also have developed a number of books, systems and forms
for toy companies and inventors.
