Vraney, Inc. is a start up company formed as a collaboration between father and daughter with the goal of bringing families a simple tool to keep the peace. A version of the Pocket Referee was created years ago by George Vraney for use with his daughters.

When used with kids it becomes a powerful conflict resolution tool they can use to work out issues on their own without the help of parents or guardians. When a conflict arises that can only have one resolution (which tv show to watch, where to go for dinner) the holder of the coin can choose to get her way, which means she'll pass the coin on to her counterpart for the next conflict, or she can choose to keep the coin and pass the current choice over to the other child. In all situations both kids win.

The Pocket Referee is a coin that comes packaged with a carrying case that can be clipped to belt loops or backpacks to keep it close by. Two versions of the coin are available. An antique brass coin and a gold tone coin. (MSRP $12.95 and $15.95) They are packaged for retail sales in counter display packs of 12.
