A Hungarian speaking engineer (from the same area as the inventor of Rubik's Cube) and a high school math teacher from New England started their business relationship by a per chance meeting in Daytona Beach, Fl., their common language....mathematics.

Undaunted by the start up hurdles, the nine years of labor culminated with its product displayed at the International Toy Fair in New York City in Feb 2004.
