* Account Manager


Work hand in hand with clients to identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities. Ensure that the clients' online marketing programs meet business and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities Include

Creating and managing successful relationships with clients. You will work with your clients to define online marketing programs that meet their business needs and oversee timely and cost effective implementation of those programs.

You will be responsible for managing implementation and enhancement of projects for existing & new clients. You will also call new prospects. Work closely with Designers, Developers, Writers, Engineers, Strategic Marketers and Data Analysts to design and create the best possible programs for clients.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in direct marketing, interactive marketing, marketing consulting, or advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to work directly with clients and build long-term relationships with them

* Associate Account Manager


Work directly with clients and other members of the account teams to effectively manage the day-to-day, ongoing operations of online marketing programs.

Responsibilities Include

You will work with Developers to coordinate advertising programs. You will be responsible for communicating scheduling issues, policies and procedures to clients, and for managing their expectations with respect to their marketing plans. Additionally, you will produce reports on the performance of client programs, work with Account Managers and Strategic Marketers to analyze the results, and deliver results to clients in a timely fashion. Must have experience writing and editing of newsletters or other types of publications such as trade magazines.  Experience interacting with organizational leaders for interviews and copy approval. Experience facilitating decision-making around publications, including making design/layout decisions, and selecting appropriate photography and graphic designs to illustrate articles.  Journalistic copyediting knowledge. Interviewing skills. Ability to schedule and manage publication production process and meet deadlines.  Strong results orientation.
