Grip the Forever Up-Down with both hands and practice turning it inward and outward repeatedly. The object is to control the ball without dropping it! Begin with the “slow” ball, then advance to the “fast ball”. Improves hand-eye coordination as well as hand muscle control. Suitable for ages 4 and up.
