 Advertising Sales Representative

Marketing / Advertising Assistants

Assist and prepare marketing campaigns. You should enjoy working closely with management and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. 50% of your time will be spent on making calls to our members. You will be trained on all of our services. The pay rate is $15/hr plus bonuses.

Qualifications:

Assistant Writer or Editor (Interns welcomed as well)

Assist editors in preparing material for print guides, magazines, directories and Web site.

Tasks may include the following:

Choose themes or subjects for written work; conduct research into the subject; assemble background material and obtain other necessary data plan; organize material and write the work; revise or edit the work ensuring coherence of style, proper development of theme, plot and characterization, and correct referencing; set out the original manuscript so that it is clear and legible; conduct phone interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Journalism education/experience a plus
  • Web publishing experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of the toy and hobby industry a plus.
  • Observant and inquisitive approach to people and their environment

Qualifications:

Web Developer

We are seeking a motivated and self-directed Web Developer to take sole responsibility for implementing the Amazon Product Advertising API into our web platform. Your primary task will be to integrate the API to effectively fetch and display Amazon product data. This role requires a high degree of autonomy; you will be expected to manage the implementation process from start to finish, leveraging your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges independently.  

The ideal candidate will have proven backend web development experience (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js, or similar) and strong, demonstrable experience integrating RESTful APIs, including parsing JSON responses and handling various API outcomes. Direct experience with Amazon PA-API 5.0 or its SDKs is a significant plus. Excellent debugging skills and attention to detail are essential. We offer $15 - $35/hr, commensurate with your experience and demonstrated ability to successfully deliver this specific API integration task.
