Elizabeth has a soft cloth weighted body that makes her feel like you are cuddling a real baby. The arms are sculpted well above the elbow and the legs above the knees with a small amount of cloth where they attach to the cloth body. She is wearing a pretty long sleeve onsie as shown with a complementing hat and booties. She comes with a diaper ( the white onsie is not included). Blanket is not included.
