The character is a hilarious spoof of the angry middle manager on a power trip that everyone has had to endure at one point. Actor Scott Valentine, formerly of the '80s hit show “Family Ties,” lends his voice with several comical quips including “to err is human, to forgive is against company policy” and “I didn’t say it was your fault. I just said I needed to blame it on you.” The doll also comes in a small size that retails for $5.99.
