You Laugh You're Out is a party game where players attempt to make each other laugh while keeping a straight face. The game includes 125 prompt cards, 36 laugh tokens, and a sand timer. The designated "Joker" selects a card and has 30 seconds to perform the action described, such as dancing like their pants are on fire or doing an evil laugh without smiling. If another player laughs, they surrender a laugh token to the Joker. The game ends when a player runs out of tokens, and the winner is the player with the most tokens remaining.
