Gameplay involves each player shaking their cup with a 12-sided die inside, then peeking at the value. A card is drawn from the pile, offering actions such as Spy, Swap, Re-roll, or Reveal—or players may flip the High/Low token instead. Turns proceed until the end round card is drawn, determining the winner based on whether the highest or lowest die value (as indicated by the token) wins the round. The game includes 6 cup bases, 6 cup lids, 6 twelve-sided dice, 16 action cards, 1 High/Low token, 60 chips, and a rulebook.
