CATAN – Starfarers Duel is a two-player board game set in space, where players compete for Galactic Council approval through strategic space exploration and trade. Players establish colonies, negotiate trade agreements, and complete missions while evading pirate threats. The game features ship upgrades and tactical decision-making to gain an advantage over the opponent. This standalone game is a modern redesign of the 2001 Klaus Teuber title, Starship Catan, and requires no additional components. Note: The English edition currently includes an incorrect orange die (numbered 1-6 instead of 1,1,2,2,3,3). A replacement die will be available—until then, players can adjust rolls by subtracting 3 from results of 4, 5, or 6 (treating them as 1, 2, or 3 respectively). The game remains fully playable with this temporary solution.
