This space-themed card game puts a cosmic spin on the classic Gin Rummy format. Players aim to collect astronomy-themed sets of four cards called "Quads," featuring celestial objects like planets, stars, and other space phenomena. The game includes 15 distinct Quads, such as "Rocky Planets" with Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars, accompanied by a fact chart for educational reference.
Gameplay involves drawing and discarding cards to complete Quads while observing opponents' strategies. Designed for 2-5 players, it suits family game nights, classrooms, or travel. The mechanics encourage critical thinking, memory skills, and pattern recognition through its astronomy-based theme.
With straightforward rules and an engaging educational component, this game appeals to space enthusiasts and families looking for a STEM-focused activity. It serves as a suitable gift for birthdays, holidays, or educational purposes.
