This Tender Leaf Toys stacking set includes 19 wooden blocks shaped like woodland and garden animals, designed to help toddlers develop early learning skills through play. The stackable pieces encourage counting, sorting, and balance practice while introducing animal names and sounds to support language development.
Constructed from sustainable wood with non-toxic finishes, the toy meets safety standards for children aged 18 months and older. The durable design promotes color and shape recognition while improving fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Part of the brand’s stacker collection, the pieces are sized for small hands, making them easy to grip and arrange. The set comes packaged in a colorful box for gifting. The open-ended play encourages sensory exploration and cognitive development through stacking and balancing activities.
Things to Keep in MindThe most common concern is that the main tree piece often does not stand stably, making it difficult to use as a balancing game and leading some to feel it is not worth the price. Why You'll Like ItMany find the toy's individual pieces, particularly the animals, to be well-crafted, pleasant to touch, and visually appealing.
