Spider-Man Tins are now shipping to retail in advance of the November 5 release of Columbia Pictures/Marvel Entertainment’s Spider-Man DVD and Video.
The premium quality playing card decks feature dynamic images from the year’s top box office movie, Spider-Man. Spider-Man and his nemesis, Green Goblin™, are featured on the backs and faces of all 54 cards, which are suitable for use in all card games. The Collector Tin is graphically dynamic with a powerful image of Spider-Man on the lid. Numbered and limited in production, there will be only 135,000 of the tins sold at retail. | |
The United States Playing Card Company (USPC), the nation’s leading manufacturer and marketer of playing cards, announces the newest addition to its licensed playing card product offering. In a licensing relationship with leading toy and game maker Hasbro, Inc., USPC has designed and will market four new products targeted to kids and families featuring the classic toy and game properties MR. POTATO HEAD, CANDY LAND, G.I. JOE and TRANSFORMERS.
The new playing card series, which are scheduled to ship to mass and specialty retailers nationwide beginning in September 2002, will feature fun, unique playing cards for each of these family favorites.
