This cool fan will store and display up to six personal messages that users can scroll through manually. The illuminated message seems to float in space. Kids can add numbers 0-9 and up to 22 symbols and punctuations. It hangs on the neck, can be held in the hand or can sit on a desk. It measures approximately 4 ¼" high x 1 ¾" wide, and the flexible 3 ¼" fan blade is safe. The fan runs on 3 AA batteries (included).
