Noted New Orleans jazz musician and children’s songwriter Johnette Downing returns with her latest album, “Music Time.” The 14 tracks are mostly a collection of songs originally recorded in 1992, but Downing has remastered and re-recorded them, plus added three bonus tracks of brand new material.
