What We Thought
This is just the type of doll that grandmas love to buy for their grandchildren. They have an old-fashioned appeal with a modern design. The fact that they?re handmade lends them the aura of a keepsake, even though grandma didn?t do the knitting herself. My 11-year-old stepdaughter thought the doll was cute, but was perturbed that it didn?t have any hair.

Why They?ll Want It
