The village simulator allows players to care for and nurture a tribe of little people by teaching  them the basics of survival. The object of the game is to teach the inhabitants to become farmers, builders, researchers and parents and make decisions on unpredictable island events. “This game runs in true real-time meaning that your little villagers will keep living even when your computer is off or you are not playing,” Last Day of Work Executive Producer Carla T.
