R.E.V. vehicles know where they are in relation to each other. BeaconSense Technology enables R.E.V.s to track each other from up to 5 meters away. When controlled by its Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), R.E.V. thinks for itself, driving and fighting to win. It tracks the status and location of other R.E.V. vehicles in real time, so its Artificial Intelligence continuously adjusts its tactics. When damaged, it’ll flee until it can heal. When you’re damaged, it’ll zero in for the kill. R.E.V. vehicles mimic real-world physics. If a vehicle takes a hit, it will react and handle as if the impact was real. If hit from behind, it’ll lunge forward. If hit from the side, it’ll veer off course. Vehicular combat has never felt more real. Linking your device with a R.E.V. vehicle seems easy! No codes, no passwords – open the R.E.V. APP and hold your device above the R.E.V. you want to control. You have the option to control it with a R.E.V. APP. 2016 Wowwee Group Limited

PROS:
Once bluetooth is enabled on your phone then pair the cars to bluetooth on your device -- hover your phone or tablet over it for it to connect -- action starts quickly--go to battle -- only one player? Place 2nd vehicle into AI (artificial intelligence) mode combat as if you were fighting a computer -- the controls are too responsive--when coupled with the zippy speed of the cars, they become tough to control but you'll get the hang of it soon. (It allows you to adjust sensitivity to your liking.) work well even on carpeting -- have been playing for about 3-4 hours -- batteries are still doing fine -- app is fairly simple to navigate. The control scheme can be set to dual or single toggle control. The dual mode uses one finger to power forward & reverse, and the other finger to steer. The single mode simply uses one finger to both thrust and steer, but it's harder to manage -- drivers can shoot their opponent & cause damage. There are a variety of weapons. You can use obstacles as cover if they're high enough, this is helpful because you can use that to your advantage if you get hit and you need to time to recover -- construction is solid and the cars have heft. AI mode is hard to beat. Addictive: You mat have to physically take the car away from your husband! When you get into "My car" setting on the app, your opponent cannot cause you damage, which seems an unfair safe heaven. It's probably not a design feature. An on-car video cam and in-app viewer would be great. App works kind of works with voiceover. This llows blind people to be able to play as well.

CONS: December, 2015
doesn't always work with some android devices -- some iOS app crashes on launch: iPhone 6's and a 5. (crashed on Christmas: their servers were unable to handle everyone trying to use the app at the same time.) The galaxy s6 works. On S3 app crashes. S3 app says: isn't compatable although it meets the requirements.
