The game lets players buy, sell, and trade key properties in Quahog, including locations like the Barrington Country Club and Quahog Mini-Mart. Players can acquire McBurgertown, Wild West Ranch, and other notable spots, then charge opponents rent when they land on owned properties. The gameplay includes building homes and mansions to increase rental income and expand control over the town. Six custom sculpted tokens are included: Banana Brian, Giant Chicken, Meg’s Hat and Glasses, Evil Monkey, Lois’ Piano, and Rupert. Designed for 2-6 players aged 14 and up, each session lasts approximately 60 minutes or more.
