The game includes six collectible tokens: Board Shorts, Surfboard Fin, Dolphin, Surfboard Wax, Flip Flop Sandal, and Charter Boat. Instead of Chance and Community Chest cards, LEFTS and RIGHTS cards introduce unpredictable surf moments, from epic rides to wipeouts. Traditional houses and hotels are reimagined as Huts and Lodges to match the beach setting. Designed for surfers, beach enthusiasts, and Monopoly collectors, this version supports 2–6 players aged 8 and up, with an average playtime of 60 minutes or more.
