The Heirs
The Heirs

The Multimillion Dollar Inheritance, Left in 1917 By Californian Gold Miner to His Future Smartest Great-Great-Grandchild, Still Waits for the Winner

Four generations of Henry Smith's siblings have been waiting for 90 years, for only two of the qualified heirs, Emily and Jacob, brother and sister, to turn sixteen by 2006 and enter into genealogy battle with their numerous ancestors and trustees about what being the "smartest" heir means.

Emily and Jacob must square off to find the "smartest heir" - by winning the chess-style card game called "The Heirs". The pack of playing cards called "Six Generations" will be used to play "The Heirs".

In this two-player game, instead of using the entire 72 card deck, "The Heirs" will be played with only 32 cards numbered 1 to 5. The game continues until one player cannot make a move, at which point they lose.

Free brochure with The Heirs card game rules comes with each pack of Six Generations playing cards.

You have 62 ancestors in just the last five generations! Find them!

While playing this educational, family history card game, participants will come to realize how many people were responsible for their own heritage, culture and history. Players will learn 72 most popular male and female first names, look at ethnic costumes of Europeans and Americans and memorize 20 European nations. Costumes reflect times and eras in US history, and the US flags reflect the number of States that existed in that time era.

Players are dealt 6 cards each and take turns to add a person to the family tree, starting from the European generation, and drawing cards when unable to play. The first person to run out of cards wins the game.

The Immigration from Europe to America edition represents six generations of a family who came from Europe to the US in the first half of the 1800s from 20 different countries. Siblings Emily and Jacob, the latest generation, live in the US of 2005. As cards are played, five generations of their ancestors will appear. The game contains 72 cards, 36 male (black numbers) and 36 female (red numbers).

Characters of Americans were created by the artist Andrey Ayoshin after research of old photographs, taken as long ago, as 1850 (gold miner in California). Do you have the old photographs of your ancestors? Keep them in your family forever. They are the evidence of your heritage and genealogy. You can use them to educate your children about their family tree members, whose characters and inheritance they might have, also about family history and world history as well!

About SIX GENERATIONS PUBLISHING

The standard playing cards have been on the market for 700 years. By making the cards representative of  generic Kings and Queens, they have survived. Add to that the literally myriad games that are playable with them, and their utility is obvious.

Today, society has changed. Nobility is no longer genetic… it is in the individual character. To hold onto our heritage and history, the family genealogy of  every ancestor is important. Thus, the new version of the playing cards, Six Generations, was designed. Six Generations cards became the ultimate deck for all nations, reflecting the reality of US history… we are a nation of immigrants.
