Asiatic black bears are omnivores, which means they’ll eat just about anything – fruit, berries, grasses, seeds, nuts, invertebrates, honey, fish, birds – and even bamboo, just like pandas! They’re close relatives of the American black bear except they have wider and larger ears. Also called “Moon Bears,” Asiatic black bears have a distinctive "V" marking on their chests.
