This teaching aid is designed to assist beginner readers in learning to sound out and read simple words. It is designed by Australian teachers with consideration of the English syllabus and includes the following: playing cards, a fun game of memory that helps teach children to read simple words; a whiteboard and pen, allowing children to practice writing and sorting the words into word families; and an A2 poster of the alphabet.
