These Rod Puppets are 16 inches tall and made with Velour Tricot and quilted cotton for the bodies. The polyfill stuffing is used for hands, head, and arms. It comes with easy moving mouth with hand strap and acrylic rods that attach to the wrist with velcro. All of the puppets meet U.S. & European safety requirements
