Recently said to be The Wiggles or the Sesame Street of Yoga, Kids Musical Yoga is tapping into a large gap of healthy, interactive programming for young children. Both 30 minute videos teach yoga to children along with silly, original songs. Each song is fun and hard to forget, while the choreographed yoga movements keep pace with the energy and attention span of little ones. Led on an imaginative journey by the fairy princess Andreanna, yoga instructor Andrea Allen, and her musical helper Talon, Trevor Allen, children indirectly learn about fundamental yoga principles such as deep breathing, sharing, and body awareness.
