Designed for intermediate-level pilots, the Minnow is an R/C replica of the Formula One competitor first introduced in 1949. Fiberglass fuselage and a mid-mounted symmetrical wing offer excellent flight performance at both low and high speeds. The steerable tailwheel aids ground handling, and the smoothly faired pushrod exits enhance the Minnow´s scale appearance. A roomy radio compartment allows for easy installation of all on-board gear. Assembly takes as little as 12-15 hours. The sheeted, built-up balsa/ply wing halves and tail surfaces are precovered in MonoKote, and the fiberglass fuselage, cowl, wheel pants and aluminum landing gear arrive factory-painted to match. A clear canopy, scale aluminum spinner, decals and Great Planes hardware are all supplied.
