Space Age Card Game Makes Math Amusing!
Fans of the original
Star Wars
trilogy will recall Han Solo playing Sabacc with Lando Calrissian on the Millennium Falcon. Zip Zilch Zero is similar in that the object of the game is to get as close to zero as possible by the end of each round.
The deck is comprised of only two suits—red and black. The red cards are negative integers and the black cards are positive integers. Both suits have two sets of cards ranging from zero to 10. There are also a few zero value cards in the deck.
GAMEPLAY:
Players draw and trade cards over several rounds, and by the end of each round, each player’s hand must consist of at least two cards, and whoever’s hand of cards totals closest to zero by the end of the round wins!
Seven game modes make the game map to different kids’ ages and stages.
