The expansion includes Research cards that provide deeper insights into each Ancient One’s lore. New adversaries like Yig’s cultists and Serpent People emerge, adding urgency to the investigators’ mission. Players gain access to additional Spells, Assets, and Artifacts to aid in their efforts to prevent global catastrophe.
