A hilarious send-up of the classic game with a similar title, Candyman! is a mad dash to escape that magical land. It seems the king is shipping off all of the candy to be eaten by children, so the gingerbread men are making a run for it. The winner is the first to make it past the border, with plenty of candied collateral damage along the way. Smirk & Dagger Games have “the ability to bring families back to the table to play together. Our thematic edge and ‘gotcha’ game mechanics … leave kids talking,” Curt Covert of Smirk & Dagger Games told TDmonthly.

Players must learn teamwork in order to survive the game, but must also learn betrayal in order to win the game. This genre-bending card game of ‘'kill-stealing,” in a classic RPG dungeon setting, forces players to walk the fine line between cooperative play and backstabbing. All the while, creatures lurk, ready to punish the entire party if players do not work together.

The original Hex Hex is taken to the “next” level in this new stand-alone card game. The game can be played using just the cards alone, or mixed in with the base Hex Hex deck. New power cards allow for even more vicious “stab-a-friend-in-the-back” opportunities than ever.

An Unholy Union of Poker and Russian Roulette, this otherwise standard Poker deck hides a maddening twist: an almost imperceptible presence within the card face veneer — the hand of death. This deathly presence that may well kill one of the hands at the table. But make no mistake, this is real Poker and you will need all your skills to win — and beat the odds of the Dead Hand.

HEX•HEX™ is a fast-playing, stand-alone card game for 3-6 people. Players hurl Hex after Hex around the table, constantly redirecting, deflecting and altering the Hex’s power until finally someone runs out of options and becomes HEXED.
