These 12” jointed figures are molded and hand painted. Constructed of wool felt with a leather nose and tail, each piece is a limited edition. Mickey wears his trademark red shorts and yellow shoes, and Minnie is dressed in a traditional 1930's-style polka-dot skirt, molded high-heeled shoes and flowered hat.
This brown alpaca plush bear stands 21”. Designed with felt paw pads and resin claws, he features glass pupil eyes and a hand-painted leather nose. Dressed in traditional light blue and navy sailor garb, this is a limited edition.
These 17” custom-made wool felt dolls are designed with leather-covered button eyes and wool yarn hair. A rotating joint at the neck, floppy arms and gusset joints at the hips and knees allow these dolls to be posed. True to the original Gruelle illustrations, this limited-edition set is advertised as the most authentic Raggedy Ann and Andy ever made (except, of course, for the first dolls made by the Gruelle family themselves).
Based on the 1889 version of the Lewis Carroll classic slanted toward very young children, this storybook, limited-edition figure stands 17”. She holds a mohair baby pig. The doll is fully jointed and made of wool felt with hand-painted features. This is the first RJW piece to use European human hair.
