Dressed Up Like Mommy. She, an 8-inch fully-articulated Wendy, with blue eyes and short Tosca bob, wears pink bib overalls that features a heart applique on the bib. A pink polka dot blouse, with short sleeves trimmed with pink scalloped lace, is worn with the overalls, as is white anklets and oversized turquoise heels. A long strand of pearls wrapped twice around her neck, a matching iridescent necklace and bracelet and a black bead necklace add ‘Mommy glamor’ to her outfit. An oversized black straw hat that’s trimmed with a tulle bow and pink roses along with an oversized black vinyl purse completes Wendy’s adorable look when she decides she wants to be Dressed Up Like Mommy.

We launched Designed by Kids FOR Kids this year with our chosen Young Designer Kayla, a vibrant young girl from California who’s got an eye for fashion at the very young age of 8! Kayla prepared creative boards chalked full of clothes, accessories and prints that she loved. She had several outfits that she put together from photos she’d cut out of magazines. The outfit Kayla created is so reflective of her personality, fun and bright! This Special Edition outfit features a panda themed fleece hooded sweater complete with ears and pink heart on the pocket. A pink knit top with a panda graphic plays in perfect contrast with black and white striped leggings that complement the pattern on the sleeves of the sweater.
