Meet “Smelly Mel”, a little girl that loves to hangout and play outside with her cousins. She, however, understands that she is 110% girl so she wears pink everywhere she goes from her pink toenail polish, her pink ruffled shirt to her pink pocketed shorts. Last but certainly not least, her perfume. Her cousins joke that they can “smell” her a mile away, hence her nickname. Her joy comes from teaching girls that they can get outside and play with the boys but yet make a fashion statement in the process and smell good doing it too! A part of the whimsical Chimp and Zee series of games from Pressman, the Zoo Who game sends children along with a zookeeper to feed the many animals living at the zoo. Each child has a card with different animals on it that they are responsible for feeding, and on their turn they take a food card from the back of the zookeeper's truck. If that food is appropriate for one of their animals, they can fill in that slot on their card. If not, it returns to the table but another player has the opportunity to snap it up if it matches an animal on their card. When a child draws the sandwich card, they lose a turn – an important aspect of the Chimp and Zoo games to help build understanding and patience when things don't always go as planned – but instead of being faced with a villain or punishment, it is simply the zookeeper stopping for his own lunch break. Launch Date: June 2009

Including six different snap-together models, this kit provides children with examples of many uses for solar panel technology. A car, robot dog, hover boat, and other models spring to life when their solar panels are hit by direct sunlight, or the illumination of a 50 watt halogen bulb. Models are compact and light weight, making them easy to take outside and watch as the sun's rays are converted into clean electrical energy.
— Kate Tanner, owner of Kidstop Toys, informed TDmonthly that this was one of her favorite products at Toy Fair 2010.
— Lisa LeStrange, owner of Lucky Duck Toys in Wayne, Pa., told TDmonthly that this solar kit is a bestselling science toy. It's "not expensive. We just got it and it's selling well. It's a good product — you shine a flashlight on it and it goes," she said.
